August 29th, 2007

Here is another family picture! This was taken Christmas 2006!

Hopefully Josh and Rosie won't mind, but since some of you have never met my brother and his family, I would like to show you who you are praying for!

Our prayers are with him today

Prayers and hope go out to Josh today and in the following weeks as he fights this monster. Josh has written to me a few times. My son also has DSRCT and underwent the cytoreductive surgry and intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemoperfusion. So, we understand what he is facing.

Hi,
I just read all of your entries. Sounds like Josh is at the beginning of his journey. Please know that there are several of us out there who know how you and your family feel. That can be helpful when you feel alone. My son has been battling this cancer for just over a year now and life changes pretty quick. There is a lot of info at www.dsrct.com That's where I got to your page. I am assuming you have surfed the internet looking for answers. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot of information about this disease in general. It's a rare one and it isn't studied a whole lot.
I wish you and your family well and may God give you peace during this difficult time. I will pray for Josh today.
